2008 Accommodation Rates:

• The rates for the rooms including full English breakfast as follows:
• Two people sharing £26-£35 per person per night. Reduced rates are available for children sharing a family room with 2 adults . 
• Single occupancy is £35-£45 per night. 
• Please telephone or e-mail for availability of dates.
• A deposit of 1 night's accommodation is required.
• Short breaks available from the 1st November 2008 - 31st  March 2009 10% discount per person on stays of 3 nights or longer.
• Minimum of 2 nights stay in high season unless i have a one night gap.
