2012 Accommodation Rates:

• The rates for the rooms including full English breakfast as follows:
• Two people sharing £33.00-£37.50 per person per night. Reduced rates are available for children sharing a family room with 2 adults. 
• Single occupancy is £40-£45 per night. 
• Please telephone or e-mail for availability of dates.
• A deposit of 1 night's accommodation is required.
• Minimum of 2 nights stay in high season unless i have a one night gap.
